Grandma's Delicious Cupcakes
Ingredients:
2 cups self-raising flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a cupcake tray with butter or cooking spray and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, vanilla, and sugar. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and milk. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
Fill each cupcake mold about 2/3 full with the batter. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack. Once cooled, ice with your favorite icing and enjoy!
